I'd go even further (which will be even MORE un-PC) that until you are a Senior NCO (E-7 or above), and Capt. (O-4) or above, you shouldn't even be able to get married (unless you are already married). If she really loves you - SHE will wait too. That's a worry and hardship you don't need on your life when you're that young - and for enlisted, making NOT very much money.
