When the winds change and conservatives howl at the middle-of-the-roaders, remind liberals of their own words. I mean, people who vote against this bill are killing people.

Thank you for this post – it’s been a while since I was able to read the news regarding health care and laugh!
Maybe one day, the progressives will wake up and realize some things: 1) They don’t know everything; 2) The people don’t want government run healthcare; 3) They are sad little people that have to steal from the rich and give to the poor because they don’t have the testicular fortitude to become rich themselves!
Should be fun to watch this over the next few weeks

I understand that Bush lost his base over spending. It’s a pretty core value and eventually it left W. with very few supporters.
Barack Obama needs to learn that lesson; if you run against lobbyist interests, you need to follow through.
And Darth – you’re stereotyping. I run a business. I believe that health care needs to be treated like other infrastructure – police, fire protection. And lots of people agree…
Too bad Obama isn’t one of them.
