Gee, it sounds like a nationalized health care system that you would only see in socialist or communist countries. Daschle’s praise for Europeans who “accept their fate” is disgusting and hypocritical, when he would have access to the best health care if he needed it.

On the other hand, perhaps this will spur people to look even more to cheap/free alternative methods of keeping healthy, such as nutrition, exercise, faith and holistic methods.

Have a little patience. These people are trying the same old things now, they tried in the past…and they always fail. The only difference is, several generations of liberal failure is starting to pile up:

Did you see in California, a judge has ruled thousands of criminals in California prisons have to be released, immediately. Refund checks being held because California hasn’t got the money. Other liberal states — New York, Michigan, Illinois — going bankrupt and want bailout money. And now, an Obama-style nanny state, coast-to-coast!

So far, watching this all unravel, along with Obama screw-ups and buffoonery, is entertaining as hell! Creepy..in an Oscar-winning performance, kind of way.

Their end is comming, not ours.

One way, the only way to end this kind of communism, is a national tax boycott, in about two months. Jails are overcrowded now, and only the people who can afford lawyers would be chased by Geithner the tax cheat.

Without money, the government would shut down almost immediately (a totally worthwhile side-effect), and negotiations on a flat-tax could begin with some real leverage. Beautiful dreamer, am I?
