Not all Conservatives are bible-thumpers, or even Christian. Government needs to be kept secular, because the first thing any religious group wants to do once it gets political power is to ram its beliefs and practices down everyone else’s throats.

TX CHL Instructer = Kathleen Parker.
As long as the so-called Republican God-haters continue to dis the single largest bloc of conservatism, BAR NONE, the social conservatives, they will continue to enjoy life under the faux *Christian*, live baby-killing Hussein, and his death loving ilk.
I hope all you so-called [Parker] *conservatives* enjoy the product of Christian- dissing…keep it up and see where it gets you.

I seriously doubt that BHO is any flavor of Christian that I would recognize, but my comment stands in spite of the ignorant, incoherent, and intolerant reply from J David.
It is not necessary to wear your religion on your sleeve, nor is it a good thing to cram your religious observances down every everyone else’s throats. That puts you in the same league as the muslims, who do both.

I challenge you, or anyone else, to demonstrate how the free expression of ideas constitutes the “cramming” of anything down the throats of anyone. And it matters not what brand of “Christianity” the godless “recognize”(though that is what the live baby-killer professed) those claims were made nonetheless. That is why there was such a fuss over the live-baby-killer’s pastor God-damning America was all about.
I think, rather, it is the power of innate consciousness of SIN, and the reminders of it by the Constitutionally-guaranteed free speech of those forgiven of their sins calling others to the same forgiveness, that so riles the Godless heathen preaching supression of speech.
Those dissing social conservatives out of God-hate will eventually have to be Democrats because that is the only party that will be left. Welcome to the United States of Socialists Republic.
