Twitter Me, Baby!–UPDATED

November 24, 2008 / 11:10 am • By Dr. Melissa Clouthier

Hey guys, I’ve talked about Twitter before and I just wanted to remind you that you need to sign up and follow me. In Twitter, there will be feeds, links to stuff I like and the banter that goes with being around a bunch of like-minded folks. You would know, for example, that I really like pomegranate martinis and that I butchered my sister’s bangs. That’s important stuff you just don’t get here.

Duane Lester wrote a great blog post listing all the best people to follow on Twitter on the Right. It is comprehensive and excellent. I used it to round out my follows.

I don’t think I’m this bad, yet:

OMG, that video was so annoying, to state the obvious.

I am such a bad twitter user. I just can’t seem to get into it for some reason. Like, I follow you, but I didn’t know those exciting details of your life because I haven’t signed in in a couple of days.

On a side note, I think pomegranate martinis sound so good, but vodka hurts my stomach. See, I could have told you that on twitter if I wasn’t such a lame-o.

But Before You Say That…

  • Comments that are inappropriate, rude, completely stupid, or obviously meant to bait others into a flame war may be deleted.  If that happens to you and you want to throw a tantrum about “free speech,” do it on your own blog.  Basically, if you wouldn't say it to someone's face without the shield of anonymity, don't say it here.
  • If you are a new commenter or are using a new e-mail address, your comment will go to moderation.  Even regular commenters get stuck in moderation sometimes.  Please be patient; your comment will be published as soon as I can get to it.
  • Comments that will never get published are those that are posted under the name “anonymous” and those using an obviously fake e-mail address.
