Liberally Violent–UPDATED, UPDATED AGAIN–It’s A Hoax And With More Updates For My Never Satisfied Lefty Readers
October 23, 2008 / 6:01 pm • By Dr. Melissa ClouthierI keep thinking that I won’t be shocked and then I’m shocked. A woman is beaten and has a “B” carved on her face for having a McCain sticker on her car, after the criminal robs her of $60 from the ATM. Nice.

What if, by some ice cube’s chance in the third ring of Hades McCain wins this election? Should conservatives expect more of this?
My first instinct was that the “B” signified Barack, but I suppose it could mean “bitch”. So, it could be misogyny in addition to just plain violence. And this would, I would think, qualify as a hate crime (as opposed to the loving crime, but whatever, just using the liberalese here.)

There are pictures at the link. Like others on the Rightosphere, I’ve considered that this may be a bunch of hooey, but dang, if Crystal Magnum can get the whole Duke Liberal Arts Department signing a petition of support despite overwhelming evidence that should have produced skepticism especially among educators, I can have full confidence in this young woman (at least there are pictures and a police report) until there is overwhelming evidence disputing her charges. And there’s not. Yet. And if evidence is produced that proves this woman lied, I’ll write a retraction. That would be unlike the New York Times who never, once, ever even admitted that Crystal Magnum made the whole Duke rape story up while the biased reporters tarred and feathered the Duke lacrosse players in the “paper of record”.
So, to all those who believe I’m being hasty in my reporting, tough.

Michelle Malkin has compelling reasons to believe this story is at least partly a hoax. Looks like it may well be baloney. If it is, the girl should be prosecuted for lying. Then again, so should Crystal Magnum. Instead, Crystal is writing a book and making money off of the lives she’s ruined.

Hoax. Michelle Malkin and Ann Althouse exhibited healthy skepticism. And she’s mentally ill. Big surprise. She’ll be charged with filing a wrongful police report. Huh. I wonder if Crystal Magnum was ever charged for filing a false report. Why, no, she was not.
UPDATED AGAIN:
I formally disavow the previous reporting where I linked to a post that inferred that this mentally ill woman was actually carved up by a thief. This report was in fact false. The woman lied to police and will now be prosecuted forthwith.

Michelle Malkin has a piece on this, and she is urging caution about completely jumping in and accepting it. This is based on a long history of made-up incidents by various people.
She cites many things that seem off about this story, and rather than repeat them here, I urge checking what she has to say first.

Here we go. Some white lady claims a random black man magically jumped out from behind the bushes and committed some weird atrocity.
Before it was, “he drove my babies into a lake”. Or, remember the Runaway Bride? Some random Black man had reportedly abducted her against her will. And again, and again, again . . .
Carved a “B” into her face? Really? Really? Do you Righties REALLY believe this event happened? I know you WANT it to have happened, all the better to fit into your larger absurd picture of the world – but do you think it actually occurred?
They need to carve a “B” into the ass of whoever perpetrated this slander.
I just hope your Fox news covers the eventual retraction (three or four days, tops – time for the damage to have been done) with the same vigour they persued this ridiculuous racist bullshit in the first place.

I am not sure which statistics you are referring to. There exists horrible violence. But when there is a crazy incident that doesn’t make any sense – it sparks the spider sense. Just like this one. Two sentences into the article – anyone with the slightest bit of intelligence knows it’s bullshit.
But, that doesn’t matter. This incident was manipulated to appeal to Righties sense of injustice. It will do just that. Such was the point of posting obvious bullshit in this blog. Turn Black people into a untamed “other”. Just like the term socialist (also bandied about here) has long been used as a codeword for “Crazy Negro” .
Martin Luther King Jr, W.E.B. Du Bois, Paul Robeson, A. Philip Randolph, etc were all denounced as “socialists”. Just as with Obama, the term is employed as a euphamism for something else entirely.
Righties have simply reached back in history to use an old code word for black. It set whites apart from those deemed unAmerican and those who could not be trusted during the communism scare. It’s funny, McCain wants to buy your house – and Obama’s the socialist.
But then, it’s not really very funny at all.
Hopefully, this time, America can extinguish our collective demons despite ugly attempts to divide us like this.

You’re never going to get Glynn to admit the truth of black racism. To Glynn, whites are THE ENEMY, to be destroyed, raped, and violated whenever and wherever possible. Any white person who doesn’t agree with this is a “racist,” because, of course, white people have no rights, but exist only to enslave black people.
I have personally been attacked for no reason by a black man, simply while walking down the street. I do not, as Glynn does, thereby make any person not of my skin color my enemy. I am still trying to understand that assault, many years later.
To Glynn, all white people are to be hated and feared. There is no equality. There is domination, and Glynn will make sure to be on the dominating side. It’s sad.
The story may or may not be true. I haven’t heard enough to judge. However, Glynn will use this to trash all white people. That’s even sadder.

Glynn, I seriously didn’t know until recently that “Socialist” is a code word for “black”, when the media told me. I have never, never seen a connection for socialism and being black. I thought it was a code word for “Communist”.

So where’s the retraction? Your Tourette’s-like diversion to the equally dreadful Duke LaCrosse case is in no way a retraction of your considerably more hateful expectoration that conservatives may just have to “expect more of this.”

Face it. You’re not going to retract that because the sad truth is you actually want to believe it.

A “Racio-political” hoax publically-levelled (i.e., pointed out to reporters for main stream media outlets) at Obama via the state Republican party chair? That’s what MSNBC is reporting.

It’s what happens when McCain’s campaign hires the same strategists who created the “Willie Horton” ad for Bush I and the “Illegitimate Negro Child” ad for Bush II against our very own John McCain during their shared bid for the presidency.

I’m sure everyone has been reading through Ashley Todd propaganda that elite liberal media has been pushing out today. Sadly, I’ve got bad news…the media (if you can call them that) only did it to distract you from today’s real story.
Today senator Obama was involved in one of the biggest scandals yet…but surprise! The liberal media elite chose to completely ignore it. Why doesn’t that surprise you anymore?
Here’s the account of a patriotic citizen – “Today, while in Hawaii, Senator Obama allowed himself [without knocking] into the private residence of an elderly white woman and visited with her for some length of time.” That’s right he just walked right into this woman’s home and decided to stay there for almost the entire day! What’s even more appalling is that this patriotic and god-fearing 85yr old had just come home from the hospital after breaking her hip! How sadistic and evil can Obama be? Just barging in and accosting a patriotic white woman that just came home from hip surgery… I’m sorry but Barack HUSSEIN Obama has hit a new low, even for him. A socialist agenda and extremist associations to terrorist aren’t enough, now he wants to invade private homes and harass pro-america seniors. Wake up people because he doesn’t see America like us real Americans see this country. Pure, honorable, infallible, and the single force for good in this world.
The Obama campaign has been scrambling to get their elitist pinheads back on to try and spin this, and offered this statement to the local radical liberal newspaper, The Honolulu Advertiser: “Senator Obama was visiting his ailing grandmother at her home in Honolulu.”
Grandmother! I mean come on…what a complete load of BS! We all know how good they are of spinning over there at the Obama campaign. I can’t wait till Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh get a hold of this, that’s the only way were gonna get the truth.
