About that red meat:
Ribeye, top sirloin, T-Bone, lamb (leg of lamb with lots of galic), what’s the best choice?
All done to a true medium-rare on a grill of course. Ribeye or TBone done Florentine style (must use really good olive oil and fresh Rosemary). Spinach, wilted in olive oil with fresh garlic as a side. A good Chianti or a Rioja to wash it all down.

Do free-range vegans taste any different than the ones they keep in the pens and force feed carrots?
