I believe sarah palin is beautiful but she lacks character ,and that is her weakness although i dont say she isn’t intelligent .I will admit women are moving up i dont have a problem w/that if women want to do the mens tough jobs by all means go ahead us men need a break anyways .I dont mind becoming a stay at father taking the kids to school etc.

I’m guilty. I find conservative women to be sexy across the board…their brains, their humanity, their sensibility, their groundedness, and, most of all, their honest compassion…all of that, hot and sexy, indeed.

Sarah Palin is about sex absolutely although her base most likely doesn’t see it in those terms. I think her evocation of “eros” is very human and high lights exactly what Hilary Clinton refused to
project in her campaign which is some feminine sexual power.Her husband certaintly did and so does Obama and JFK too. These men could radiate
eros and discuss important issues. Unfortunately Palin is all sex and no substance what so ever. All sizzle and no steak…or moose meat.

I loved SW’s piece, because it is so right! It does take building a massive construction of fantasy to believe that men and women are the same. Granted that a person of lower intelligence wouldn’t be able to sustain the effort, but that only points out that intelligence can be and often is abused in the service of justifying neurosis. Sanity and ability to deal with reality seem to be a controlling factor in getting good results more than intelligence.

We’re not the same, we don’t want to be, and in general, the differences enhance our lives and are to be celebrated. Also, we women like babies, and sex. What’s wrong with that?
