There has been times in history when false leaders of this ilk have been swept into office by the masses. And i believe that this time is upon us again. There is no denying his charisma, but there is nothing of any substance behind this facade. What has he done to earn the right to lead this gigantic corporation of a country? Aside from a few terms as a state senator, and a hand full of community outreach programs in the Chicago land area, what real leadership roles has he taken? To be the C.I.C. of this nation you need to have real experience leading people with various agendas, under extreme conditions, toward a common goal. What is his experience? What are his credentials? In the past, when times become difficult for mass sectors of a countries population, charismatic leaders have been swept into power under the banner of change. Germany in the thirties comes to mind. I'm not saying that Obama is Hitler, but there is certainly some similarities in their message for change. Their is also the grandiose nature with which he plays upon the undercurrents of peoples fears. Great spectacles of fireworks and flags, combined with fiery words of massive social change, played out in front of 75,000 loyal followers. Does this sound familiar? I believe that he will be the next president. And I am fearful for what he and the Democraticly controlled congress will do to this great nation.
