I represent Accountable America, a new non-partisan grassroots citizens watchdog group. Our goal is simple: to restore honesty, integrity, and ethics in American government by digging up shit on repulsive Republican Swiftboat financiers like you. Even as I write, our investigative teams are vigorously searching through public documents and compiling a detailed database on your past activities. And, I must say, some of it is quite… shall we say, “interesting.” Like your __18 AUG 1979___ plea of __NOLO CONTENDRE__ for the crime of __COW TIPPING_/ PUBLIC NUDITY / SCHED II MARIJUANA POSS__. Or your ___22 MAY 2003__ arrest for __COW TIPPING_/ PUBLIC NUDITY / SCHED II MARIJUANA POSS__. Or your __26 JAN 1970__ _RECESS_DETENTION__ for _BACKSASS /_URINATING ON JUNGLE GYM__ .
And to think my high hopes for McCain-Feingold are being undone by evil grass-roots organizations funded by evil rich people. Politics has come to this…..

And here I thought the Accountable America was simply a parody. Alas, no. McQ, my esteemed co-blogger at Right Wing News, is doing research on the legality of this organization, whose sole purpose is to dig up dirt on Republicans. Nice:
In fact, the avowed purpose of Accountable America looks to be a more direct violation of this statute than the one I originally cited. To be sure, I’m not sure how the “toward or in favor of the election of any lawfully qualified person as an elector” language is interpreted, but it would be an odd hair to split to say that intimidating supporters of Republican candidates for office is somehow different than supporting the electors. Either way, there seems to be enough questions about the propriety of Accountable America’s undertaking to at least merit an investigation.

I realize that this blog article is prior to: Blago, Madoff, all the tax evaders in Obama cabinet, all the city, state, and all the business crying for the nipples of the Federal government. But you are welcome to help cleanse my party (GOP) if we can cleanse yours (DNC). DNC / GOP cleansing = smaller government. Smaller is better. How will it be smaller? All the corrupt officials will leave and the 20 remaining politicians left can go forward with new more ethical hires.
