Ah, Medicare fraud. In New York the Russian mafia has been running a Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance racket for years. Don't ask me how I know. I just do. In addition, in Houston, a network of Mexican gangs colluding with doctors and lawyers ran a Workers Comp and PI racket for years.
